so that we can troubleshoot your issue and begin an RMA process, if needed. If an exchange is needed, we will provide you with an RMA tracking number as we cannot accept an exchange without an RMA tracking number. Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, please ship via a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.
Your order goes into production within 24 hours of placing your order. In the unlikely event that you are not delighted with your selfie camera we will accept returns, minus a 25% restocking fee, within 7 days of when the product was received.
How to Initiate A Return
RMA Number Required: Contact us by email or phone to receive an RMA number and our warehouse mailing address prior to returning your item(s).
Product Condition: The returned items must be sent to our warehouse address and the shipment must be fully insured for the purchase price and paid for by the client. C.O.D.’s will not be accepted. All returns are subject to full inspection upon arrival prior to issuing a refund (purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee.)
Items that arrive damaged will not be eligible for a refund and will be refused upon arrival.
